It is simply a wonderfull experience. You have the opportunity to see the Grand Canyon from the air, land into, near the river, explore for 15-20 minutes the Canyon from the river view and fly back to the top where you can admire the Grand Canyon West from the top. We alos had a great guide, Art, that did know how to take care of his guests.

The trip was brilliant, we had a great time, worth every penny, the guy who took us was great and made the trip really special, he,d lived in Vegas for years and is full of really interesting tales! The hummer ride was great fun, only 4 of us so loads of room, stopped en route for snacks and coffee etc and the loo! The Hoover dam stop was great, we got to take photos and have a look whilst our great driver gave us loads of info. The canyon was awesome and although I was nervous about the helicopter trip it was incredible and I,m glad we did it. We were flown to the bottom and then went down the Colorado river on a boat with an indian girl who sang one of her native songs which was great. Once we flew back to the top we were taken to a ranch nearby for lunch which was delicious home cooked cowboy fare of potatos beans chicken or ribs etc, it was one of the best meals we had in Vegas!! Then the most amazing guy showed us a load of card tricks which has still got us baffled over a week later as to how he did it!!? We drove home via the chocolate factory where we bought treats and icecreams. Brilliant day, was reluctant to pay so much as its alot but can honestly say it was fantastic, the guy who drove us made the trip and is a credit to rebel tour of Vegas. If you are thinking of booking it I would say do it and take plenty of suncream for the couple of hours at the canyon, go in the hummer as its more personal than a bus with loads of others and take the helicopter as it was awesome!

fortunately for us we were the only ones travelling that day so we had jim to ourselves and he was brilliant, very informative and funny and really made the day interesting. the helicopter ride was a first for both of us and again we were the only two in the helicopter and it was amazing. the lunch stop was very good with plenty to eat and look around the ranch. we would thoroughly recommend doing the trip in the hummer as you get to see so much more than you would on a plane, with being able to get so close to the hoover dam an added bonus.

Fantastic trip. My friend and I had the guide and the Hummer to ourselves. The guide was absolutely fantastic, I could not fault the guy. The weather turned on us, so we didn't get to do the helicopter and boat ride parts (we were refunded this almost instantly, and they did try to get us on a helicopter ride over the Strip instead, but we didn't have the time). However, our guide still managed to make the most of our day, showing us the best viewing points etc, and his knowledge of the places was superb. The ride in the Hummer is fun, and with the cooler chilling the beers, what could be better!? The Grand Canyon is definitely a must-see, and the West Rim is definitely a good point to see.
The Skywalk we didn't do. Our guide did advise it is a tourist trap, $30 to walk round and no cameras permitted!
But it was an absolutely awesome day, fully credited to the tour company and the guide.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour, our guide was fantastic and looked after us well. The canyon is spectacular and the helicopter descent was awesome. The pontoon boat ride was a bit short and we thoroughly enjoyed the skywalk. Overall this tour is much recommended. Thank you for a fantastic day.

It was amazing, the best way to see the canyon. My wife was unsure and a little apprehensive about going off-road but within a short time felt very comfortable. There were only 4 of us, me, my wife and another couple on the trip. We were picked up on time and the guide was so considerate and knowledgeable, really making sure that we got the most from the experience. He was so attentive, courteous and a brilliant driver! The drive out there was brilliant, stopping off in the desert to 'kick some sand', and seeing sights that would otherwise be missed if flying. The helicopter descent into the canyon was awesome and the pontoon boat ride most enjoyable; the guide again was very knowledgeable and very interesting. I would whole heartedly recommend this experience; terrific value for money, a day well spent. Thanks must go to guide for making this a most enjoyable day. 10 out of 10!

Great tour! I loved the Hummer ride especially on the dirt road. The pick up was at 7.15am and I didnt have time for breakfast but we stopped for a cup of coffee/tea and a snack pretty soon. The driver, Dave, took us to the small chocolate/honey place on the way to the GC. The shop had some interesting souveniers which was a huge plus as I wanted to get something other than a T-shirt to remind me of the trip. With a small group we could stop at any time and take pictures without such stops taking too long or upsetting people who didnt want to stop as sometimes happens in large groups. The helicopter descent to the bottom of the Grand Canyon was interesting but I enjoyed the pontoon boat ride more it was made quite entertaining by the boat driver I just wish the ride was longer, it was great to relax on the Colorado river, drifting by the Canyon walls. We had some free time before the return to the Las Vegas and Dave took us on a shuttle bus to the Guano Point for lunch and walkaround and Skywalk. On the way back we stopped at the Hoover Dam. In general, it was well worth doing it and the driver was knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this tour for anyone who wants to avoid big groups and likes off road vehicles.
