Tickets & ConfirmationImmediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 48 hours (often on the very same day!) of submitting your reservation you will receive a voucher confirming all details. Simply print your voucher and present it on the day of your activity, show or tour. A contact number will be provided to reconfirm.

Description
Your Grand Canyon journey begins with complimentary downtown Las Vegas or Strip hotel pickup aboard our luxury air-conditioned van. Leave Las Vegas behind and cruise across Hoover Dam and through a Joshua Tree Forest to the Grand Canyon West Ranch!
After you arrive at the Ranch, check into your Pine Cabin or authentic Indian tipi - you'll make your selection at the time of booking. Take advantage of the optional horseback ride available for $39 for a 30-minute ride. Children must be at least 11 years old to ride the horses.
Our cabins are nestled under the majestic Spirit Mountain and feature one double bed, bathroom with a cowboy bathtub, hot and cold running water from our natural spring, log fireplace and electricity. All linens are provided in both our cabins and tipis.
Our authentic Indian tipis have one double bed, a propane heater & a 12-volt lantern. Larger tipis are available and have a double bed and a single rollaway/cot. For our tipi guests, modern bathroom & shower facilities are located at the main Ranch House.
A candlelit cowboy dinner with all the fixin's & live entertainment await you on this amazing adventure! After dinner, enjoy a campfire under the stars, and a chance to join on a few melodies our Singing Cowboy. Then, it's off to a restful sleep.
Let our Singing Cowboy greet the sunrise and provide a unique wake-up call, so you don't oversleep and miss breakfast (included). After breakfast, board your waiting A-Star jet helicopter.
Enjoy a spectacular 45 minute helicopter flight through & below the rim of the Grand Canyon. Enjoy expert narration from our friendly pilot. As an added bonus, your flight ends with a flight over the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Free luxury van service back to your hotel included.
Comfort & Safety - In the interests of safety and comfort, it will be necessary for passengers exceeding 250lbs (17.85stones/113.4kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the retail rate. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Passengers must re-confirm their body weights at the time of confirmation of the applicable helicopter tour.
Optional horseback ride at the Grand Canyon West Ranch is $39 for a 30-minute ride. Children 5 years old & under must at all times be accompanied by parent or guardian.
