Tickets & ConfirmationImmediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 48 hours (often on the very same day!) of submitting your reservation you will receive a voucher confirming all details. Your trip to Las Vegas won't be complete without a tour of the mighty Hoover Dam! Built during the Depression, thousands of men came to Black Canyon to tame the Colorado River, and it took them less than 5 years to build the largest dam of its time.
This tour provides approximately 2 hours of free time at the Dam - enough to explore, check out the history, movie & information center.
Hoover Dam Express Tour: This tour provides approximately 2 hours of free time at the Dam - where you can go on the two-hour guided discovery tour, visiting the power plant generators, exhibit gallery, penstock viewing platform and more. Please note, admission to the power plant is not included.
Hoover Dam Deluxe Tour: Why not upgrade your tour to include a buffet lunch at the Hacienda hotel, followed by a visit to the Ethel M Chocolate factory and botanical gardens?
Hoover Dam Deluxe Tour and Lake Mead Cruise:
To make the most of your day, you have the opportunity to include a memorable 90-minute cruise on the Desert Princess paddle boat to enjoy the delights of boating on the largest man-made lake in the US. A deli-style lunch is included on the Desert Princess (instead of at the Hacienda Hotel).
Please note: Due to construction of the new Hoover Dam bypass bridge, there may be occasional traffic delays. In rare cases, your tour itinerary may be shortened to accommodate the increased travel time in the Hoover Dam area.
Please Note: Heightened security at the Hoover Dam and traffic restrictions may extend tour duration. Also, due to increased security restrictions at Hoover Dam, please do not bring any bags larger than 8.5 inches x 11 inches. If you do bring any piece of baggage larger than this, the entire bus will be turned away. All bags are subject to search.
Price does not include a $5.00 per person processing fee, payable at the time of tour check-in.

I absolutely loved the tour. John was a terrific tour guide and quite humorous. We enjoyed the Hoover Dam and Boulder City tour and also the helicoptor tour.

The tour was more than I expected. Spencer was our bus driver, and he was excellent. He gave us a lot of information about the area and tips about the Las Vegas Strip. The chocolate factory was a little disappointing due to the fact that there was nothing being done in the factory when we visited, but the cactus botanical garden was awesome and made that part of the trip worthwhile. Overall this was a really great tour and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Hoover Dam while staying in Las Vegas!

This tour was very nice. Our tour guide/driver was funny and knowledgable (Tony). Lunch provided was very good also. Onlything I would say about Ethen M chocolate factory is "Its only a place where they are selling their chocolates. Botanical garden was good.

Great historical, fun, factual and beautiful tour. Bus driver was fun and informative. Loved all of it, except the dry sub sandwich ... advertised a buffet...didnt care about not getting that but the food did leave a lot to be desired. It was 118 degrees and the 2 inside areas were comfortable. 2nd floor air did "heat up" for a couple of minutes, but it was taken care of immediately.

This tour was fantastic! The tour guide was funny and very informative. It actually took 7 hours from pick up to drop off, so it was a great value for the money. Our buffet lunch was at a small, off-strip casino, which had inexpensive table games and very friendly dealers. I would recommend this to anyone!

My husband and I recently did this tour- it was really good! Our driver, Spencer was very knowledgable, friendly and funny. We had plenty of time at the dam( about 2 hours) but we opted not to do the power plant tour because neither of us are fans of being underground in a tunnel. There is a small restaurant at the dam and it was very crowded when we went because it was very hot that day so there was limited seating. It is a good idea to wear a hat and bring plenty of water. Also-- be on time when the bus comes back to pick you up at the dam. Two passengers almost got left at the dam because they were late getting back to the bus. Also, there is a security check when the bus enters the dam and you cant bring large bags into the dam but you can leave them on the bus. The boat ride was very nice too- Lake Meade is so beautiful! Lunch was good-- we got a choice of sandwich( ham or turkey), chips or potato salad, and an apple or orange along with a drink. There is a cash bar on board too. Overall we thought this was a very enjoyable trip- I have recommended this to all my friends and family.
