Let me start this off by telling you the tour itself was very enjoyable. We saw the Hoover Dam, the Joshua Trees, and the Grand Canyon (West Rim+view from the Skywalk). The problem was the long waits and delays at the beginning (didnt actually leave the Strip until 8am even though we were picked up at 5:40am) and the 3-hour delay getting back to our hotel (tour was supposed to end at 6pm, we got back at 9:20pm). Also, the "continental breakfast" consisted of a sugary pre-packaged pastry plus a box of juice. The thing that we were annoyed about the most was the 3-hr delay back to the hotel. The trip from the Grand Canyon back to the Strip was not too delayed (arrived around 7pm). The drop-off was. Our bus had 25 stops to make. The tour company decided to put us on more buses so wed get back to the hotel faster. They split us up not once, but twice in an attempt to quicken the trip back to the hotel. After boarding our 3rd bus (w/ only 5 stops to make), we were delayed again because our bus driver (Ill only say his name started w/ a D) tried to take a shortcut and ended up getting us stuck in a bottleneck traffic jam in a tunnel for 30min. Then the exit he wanted to take was closed due to construction and he was forced to take a different route. His lack of knowledge on current construction did not help w/ the delays. Please understand that we were very tired from waking up at 5am and we hadnt eaten anything since lunch at the ranch (1pm). We did not eat dinner until 9:30pm. Everyone working w/ the tour was very helpful and did not try to put us in these delays on purpose, but it definitely could have been run much smoother. If you go on this tour, I recommend bringing food to eat and living at one of the big-name Strip hotels so you will get dropped off first.

The only bad thing was the last bit of roadway before getting to the Skywalk Receiving area. Maybe the Indians will pave it when they have made enough money from the entry fees.

I thought the logistics of getting us on the tour bus were a little trying, but once on things went well. The bus was well maintained and clean. Our driver, Bob Evans, was very good. He was funny and well versed about the area we passed through. He played a couple of videos for us, but the player stopped or skipped several times. Overall I would strongly recommend your service --- I would never drive my own car on the last roads to the canyon. If you go definitely do the Skywalk.

breakfast was not enough, for how early we were picked up. also the registration process took way too long!!! finally left way longer than we were suppossed to. the bus driver was great, but should have had a current movie to view on the way home!

Once the tour bus got to the white building it was very confusing as to what to do and where to go. I would suggest having a video that plays on the bus explaining and showing exactly what to do once you go inside. The white building also needs to be expanded to allow for a waiting room.
